As the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has classified bank holidays under three categories, i.e. Holidays under the Negotiable Instruments Act, Holidays under the Negotiable Instruments Act and Real Time Gross Settlement Holidays and closure of accounts of banks, The following months will close in September. 2021 for 7 days under the holiday category under the Negotiable Instruments Act on account of different festivals and occasions in different states across India. Apart from the festive holidays, there are also 2nd/4th Saturdays and Sundays which bank customers should keep in mind before stepping out to do banking transactions.
